Great showroom. My remarks are based on an end of month purchase; when, I'm sure it gets quite busy. The initial demonstration of the car we were interested in was quick and informative. As I look back it was probably a little too quick. As the sales process continued it became obvious that we were not the only customers for this representative. The salesperson was continuously showing one thing and then saying "sit in the car and I'll be right back. When originally asked about how long the purchase process was we were told "an hour and a half tops." The process took three and a half. A half hour of which was spent with the Finance person. Im extremely happy with the car. My advice is not to buy at the end of the month.

He was able to read from me without me explicitly saying it that I needed to move quickly without much waiting and he accommodated that really well. While the delivery took a bit of waiting due to it being the last day of the month and the person in front of me not having all their documentation ready, once I was in the finance office I was in and out quickly in less that 10 minutes. They truly are a nice place to do business.

Our experience with this dealership was excellent. The entire staff was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Our sales consultant, Dwayne Cuff, was exceptional and made the process easy and effortless. He was never pushy and took time to explain all the features of the vehicles and how to use them. He has been available to answer our questions by phone after we took delivery. We highly recommend this facility.

Great buying experience, but post-sale communication needs major improvement. We recently purchased a GV80 from Genesis of Conshohocken in August, and overall, our in-person experience was really good with no complaints during the actual deal. However, I am giving a 4-star rating strictly due to the communication breakdown after the deal was finalized. We have been trying to reach out to both our salesperson and the finance lady who handled our process, but we haven't heard back on any of our additional emails, calls, or voicemails. We even went to the dealership last week in person, they said that our salesperson was on leave and would be back in two days. The receptionist assured us they took our message and that someone would contact us. It has now been another full week with zero response, calls, or communication. This is deeply frustrating and totally unacceptable. It almost feels like everyone we worked with during the purchase process no longer works there. If this review finally prompts someone to respond to us, so be it, but customers deserve better follow-through after driving off the lot. Update on business owners reply : Our concerns and questions are answered and we are happy with the buy. Just to clear - The review wasn't to blame just the salesperson but the entire dealership staff. I tried each and every extension on your staff website without anyone picking the call. Our experience buying the car and our salesperson communication during the entire process and after was absolutely pleasant. We do understand that people go on vacation but it's the responsibility of other staff as well to answer the phone calls.

Unbelievably amazing experience. Just when I thought that true 'customer service' was a thing in the past...I walked into this dealership. From the minute I walked in the door I was greeted with smiling faces. I reached out to TJ and he gently said “you should try a Genesis before making your move.” I was hesitant because i saw Genesis as Hyundai. The finishes and quality were beyond my expectations. I have to include Alexus here who was my consultant along with TJ. Not once did i feel like a number to them. They genuinely wanted me in a car fit for my lifestyle. Alexus was attentive, thorough about the vehicle and its applications, and also personable about my needs. First and foremost, I would like to say that my overall experience was excellent from the moment I entered the dealership doors to the moment I drove off the lot with my new GV 70. Best experience I have had at a car dealership. Alexus was our sales person and she was attentive right from the start. Listened to our expectations and didn’t try to play around with numbers or waste our time on sales pitches. I was really time crunched to get the car within 2 days during the holiday and i had to pass on some of that stress to them which I think they handled pretty well. The sales manager, the finance manager encounters were all delightful. I love the car and overall I love that I didn’t end up with a bunch people who beat about the bush just to win a sale.
